RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached (if applicable). Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must remain unused and in original condition. Refunds will include standard delivery costs as required by law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or abuse. We also reserve the right to refuse service in cases of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
