Thank you for shopping with us. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are fully tracked and insured. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or global disruptions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
